October 23, 2023Intelligencia Training is building on its success as the UK’s leading provider of Higher Apprenticeships to the Protective Services sector, with the new addition of a Level 4 Cyber Security apprenticeship to its portfolio.
Intelligencia Training has announced its approval to deliver the revised Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist Apprenticeship Standard. The addition of this apprenticeship demonstrates the apprenticeship provider’s commitment to offering new, role-relevant opportunities to professionalise and standardise knowledge and skills across Intelligence, Investigative and Security provisions.
The revised Level 4 Cyber Security Technologist Apprenticeship Standard includes a robust delivery model, which has been developed by Intelligencia Training to ensure maximum learner engagement and learning retention. The delivery model can follow two specific pathways:
Cyber Risk Analyst: This pathway has been developed for analytical roles, which focus on risk assessment, risk analysis and providing advice on risk mitigation.
Cyber Defender and Responder: This pathway has been developed for operational roles, which focus on configuring and operating secure systems to prevent or detect and respond to security breaches.
Relevant content, tools and applications within the apprenticeship’s pathways are also customisable based on individual employer and learner needs.
Nick Atkinson, Commercial Director at Intelligencia Training, commented: “Our experience at Intelligencia Training, combined with our globally recognised and award-winning Cyber Stars Initiative, which has been delivered worldwide to over 300,000 students, has allowed us to be pivotal to capacity building across Government agencies, the law enforcement community, banking, insurance, utilities providers and those tasked with protecting critical national infrastructure.
