Intelligencia Training Celebrates Ongoing Success of First Youth Justice Practitioner Cohort

Early feedback from learners and employers highlights the positive impact that the new Level 5 apprenticeship is having on those working across the Youth Justice sector.

Intelligencia Training, a leading provider of specialist apprenticeships, is proud to announce the ongoing success of its first Level 5 Youth Justice Practitioner apprenticeship cohort following the apprenticeships launch last year. This apprenticeship programme, which is the first of its kind in this specialist field, marks a significant milestone in professional development opportunities for individuals working across the Youth Justice sector.

Bridging the gap between academic study and practical, role-relevant skills, the Level 5 Youth Justice Practitioner apprenticeship offers a comprehensive and engaging learning experience outside of university education. It combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, allowing learners to apply their new knowledge and skills directly within their workplace. This strategic approach ensures that learners not only understand the complexities of the Youth Justice system, but are also equipped with the practical skills and competencies required to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people.

Early feedback from those involved in the first cohort has shown the positive impact that the apprenticeship is having on the development of Youth Justice Practitioners and their respective organisations. These comments included:

The Level 5 Youth Justice Practitioner apprenticeship can be funded by both the Apprenticeship Levy and Co-Investment Funding in England.
