Intelligencia Training is proud to announce it is one of the first providers approved to deliver the new Level 4 Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) & Community Safety Officer Apprenticeship Standard. This milestone marks a significant step in professionalising the sector and providing a structured, recognised pathway for ASB and Community Safety Officers working in Police, Housing and Local Authorities.
The Level 4 ASB & Community Safety Officer apprenticeship offers a comprehensive framework and benefits from a unique and engaging curriculum, developed by Intelligencia Training to maximise role relevancy and learning retention. This curriculum is designed to equip Officers with the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to effectively investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and address community safety concerns.
Learners will enhance their expertise in key areas, including:
- Case initiation and management
- Legislation, enforcement and safeguarding
- Multi-agency working and communication
- Investigation, analytical and interviewing techniques
- Presenting cases for impact, e.g. court theory
This apprenticeship ensures that Officers working in Police, Housing, Local Authority and other applicable sectors, receive training that provides ‘real-world’ learning truly relevant to their specialist roles. By fostering best practice and professional standards, the apprenticeship will enhance the capability of organisations to manage complex anti-social behaviour and safety cases, whilst improving outcomes for the local communities who are directly impacted.
