Specialist intelligence and counter fraud training provider Intelligencia Training have experienced significant growth in the 1st half of 2020 despite challenging times that all businesses have faced.
Operating as the sole provider of intelligence apprenticeships to UK Government agencies and engaging with many other public sector departments, numerous local authorities as well as the banking, insurance, retail, utilities and gambling sectors they have now also commenced delivery of the eagerly anticipated Counter Fraud Investigator apprenticeship standard.
Many training providers have struggled in recent months due to the Covid-19 pandemic with huge impacts upon classroom-based training and courses being cancelled. Intelligencia were able to embrace their use of technology to adapt quickly to engage with their apprentices via virtual classroom facilities. Continuing to operate at near 100% attendance at sessions there has been little or no effect of service delivery or quality of teaching and learning. Offering additional support services such as mental health and wellbeing webinars and increased engagement through our bespoke learning platform we have been able to ensure effective and continuous support for apprentices whilst working remotely. Intelligencia have also benefitted from many new large employers, both public and private, still wishing to move forward with the professional development of their intelligence and investigative staff whilst working remotely.
